Booked through Stena Line, what they don't tell you is that the booking isn't confirmed, and I had already booked hotel and driver accordingly at the same time. Jarmila at Freighlink sorted it all out for me. 1 out of 10 for Stena Line for not explaining that clearly on their booking page, 10 out of 10 for Jarmila for sorting out what was a stressful predicament.

I received an invoice for something which i didn't know about, with no decent explanation until Julia stepped in and explained what it was for. Once she had emailed me, i completely understood and paid the invoice. If invoices were sent with the paylink, this would have saved me from trying to get an explanation. But Julia was brilliant. Explained it clear and understandable. Thanks Julia.

Not sure if i was even suppose to be freight travelling, seeing as there were other vans with tools in and they got through normally. Not great got delayed, then cancelled.

Customer Service at Freightlink is always 5*. In the 5 years I have been using them to book my occasional freight tickets Hook of Holland to Harwich and return they have always helped me out of a bind. All the staff on the phone are friendly, efficient and helpful. I would like to highlight Patrick. He has helped me with bookings and customs several time. 5* for Patrick as well. Cheers
